I know someone who needs assistance or need assistance myself, how do I apply?

We are always looking to support or Military Veterans and our first responders in anyway we can that is within our means as a non profit organization. If you need assistance and are a Veteran, a first responder or the family of one who is seeking to inquire about assistance please visit our “Request Assistance” page and fill out our form there. Our assistance is not strictly financial, between our wealth of connections and partnerships with other organizations we can do our best to find the support you need even if it doesn’t directly come from us.
What does being “Fiscally Sponsored” mean?

Being "fiscally sponsored" means that the Play For Heroes Foundation operates under the umbrella support of an established nonprofit organization. Our Fiscal Sponsor is Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund. This Fiscal Sponsorship allows us to receive tax-deductible donations while we work towards obtaining our own 501(c)(3) status. Rest assured, your generous contributions are fully tax-deductible, providing you with the confidence that your support is making a significant impact on our mission to uplift those who serve our communities.
